The Board of Directors’ primary role is to provide leadership, policy direction, governance and financial resources to meet the organization’s mission and to perform the duties as stated in the Golden House By-Laws. Board members must be able to make a commitment to monthly board meetings and monthly committee meetings as well as regular involvement in the organization such as fundraising and volunteering.
